Code Category Foundation
The majority of possible return codes are based on the category code of diagnosis provided by you on order submission. The ICD-10 category code is the first three characters of any ICD-10-CM code.
Assume you sent any of the following codes when creating the order:

What if I do not provide Diagnosis codes with the order?
For Diabetic Retinopathy, IRIS will generate all codes with the class of E08. Other pathology types may not require the starting classification.
What about suspected conditions?
ICD-10 codes are not generated for suspected conditions because they are not diagnosed, just suspected.
